The Centre for Environment and Development (CED), established in 1993 , is an autonomous research and development, training, and consultancy organisation focusing on fields related to Environment and Development. CED has its Headquarters in Thiruvananthapuram, Eastern Region Centre in Bhubaneswar, Regional Centre in Hyderabad, and projects in Andhra Pradesh, Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal, Jammu& Kashmir, Pondicherry, Thamilnadu and Gujarat apart from Odisha and Kerala.
