.The Government of Kerala Has issued a circular and guidelines for incorporating renewable energy promotion schemes in local body plans and provides subsidies etc. In order to discuss the modalities for implementation of various Akshay Urja Projects in the local bodies, ANERT in association with CED is organizing two half day workshops on 27th February, 2018 (11.00 AM to 1.00 PM & 2.00 PM to 3.30 PM) at Museum Hall, Thiruvananthapuram.
Attending this workshop will benefit the local bodies by knowing themselves with the state of the art in Akshay Urja (renewable energy) technologies and the need for planning long-term activities for promoting it for the benefit of the people as well as the sustainable development of the State. They will also get an opportunity to visit the Renewable Energy Exhibition organised at Sooryakathi Fair Ground, Kanakakunnu Palace from 24th to 28th February, 2018 and familiarize with various equipment and programs involved in the Renewable Energy System.
